Circular Services operates three materials recovery facilities (MRFs) across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Since the 1990s, our facilities have played a leading role in advancing sustainable recycling in North Texas, processing a wide range of paper, metal, and plastic materials generated by office buildings, manufacturers, and distribution centers. Our Farmers Branch facility pioneered Texas’ first commercial single-stream recycling program with the “Everything that Tears™” campaign—changing the way businesses in DFW manage their recyclables.

In 2026, we expanded our footprint with the opening of a new $61M, 120,000-square-foot MRF in Frisco, TX—serving McKinney, Frisco, and surrounding communities. Built to support one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, the facility processes single-stream recyclables for residents and businesses alike, pairing cutting-edge sortation technology—including optical sorters and a state-of-the-art glass cleanup system—with an energy-efficient design. It also features drop-off kiosks where residents can bring accepted materials not collected curbside, all with a focus on maximizing recovery rates and directing commodities to domestic markets.
